Description

Built over two years at the end of the 17th century, Hôtel de Sales , located on rue du Pâquier (now in the old town), once welcomed nobles of the House of Savoy. Soon after it became a residence for the various Princes of Savoy, leading to the building becoming the headquarters of the Bank of Savoy, which was empowered to create money.
